For damages to goods that may occur during shipment to customer, JUST GLOVES reserves the right to either credit the customer full-price for goods or re-ship replacement goods as soon as possible. For proof of damage JUST GLOVES may require customer to send back damaged goods fpr evaluation.

In the event that goods received by customer have been ordered in error by customer, customer may return any/all goods to JUST GLOVES within 24 hours  of receipt of goods. Customer must pay any/all shipping fees and there will be a 15% restocking charge assessed for the full-price of the goods.

Processing Time - Generally 1-3 hours during our work hours.

Printing - We can print and ship same day as long as you make the order before 3 pm EST.  Large orders may take more time.

Shipping - Shipping option we use is UPS-Ground

Note - We do our part to ship your product on time, we cannot be responsible for UPS delays. We suggest you plan ahead of time and leave some time in your delivery option.

Counting Shipping Days - We ship via UPS-Ground, Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays. Shipping days are counted by the weekdays, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. The first shipping day counts the day after your order is shipped. For an example, if your order ships on Friday and your estimated time or arrival is 3 days, you should receive the package on Wednesday. Give us a call if you need other shipping option. 

Our working hours - We are here Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.  Holidays are not working days.   Our shipping software calculates the estimate shipping prices based on the size of the package and the zip code destination. You will always get the most current lowest shipping prices possible. To see our shipping prices simply add the products to your cart and it will calculate the different shipping options and pricing.   UPS Shipping Options

Ground shipping is the most basic, least expensive option for oversized boxes, but is not guaranteed. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to save yourself money in shipping charges and allow extra time in case there are any unforeseen delivery delays.
